Björn is Technical Lead within I&C (Instrument and Control). He switches smoothly between tasks in different phases of a project, such as design, construction, installation support and activation.

WHAT IS THE BEST THING ABOUT PROCESSUS?

– I like our mix of like-minded people. We´re almost like a big family, which helps since we work so closely during the intense periods of a project, for instance when we move from an idea to reality. My colleagues gladly share their expertise, which gives me the opportunity to learn from the problems I am trying to solve. We also do a lot of fun things. So far we´ve travelled to Iceland, Italy, Croatia and Malta.
