As the CEO, Johan meets colleagues from every department. He spends a lot of time talking to colleagues and clients. The main task is ensuring that the company maintains its holistic perspective, keeps developing and continues to focus on its employees.

EDUCATION: Civil engineer in Chemical Engineering, Lund Technical University.

EARLIER EXPERIENCE:

Johan has had leading and technical roles in various projects within the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. He has extensive experience of managing engineering companies and taking the role as a buyer, both within Sweden and internationally.
