Nils Carlsson, Business Manager

As the sales manager, Nils oversees the work with quotations, primarily focusing on full-service commitments and turnkey solutions. He leads the after-sales team, which handles project budget issues and warranty matters. Customers should always feel confident that Processus maintains high quality while staying within budget.

Each month, Nils reviews upcoming technical and scheduling matters with employees to ensure everyone feels involved. He also takes on client assignments—partly because he enjoys it, and partly to stay connected to real-world operations.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Commissioning leader and automation engineer with experience in power plants such as Ringhals and Forsmark.

Sometimes our engineers catch leads in the client’s break room, which they then bring back to us.
