We organized and managed the structural and organizational changes needed to meet the volume boost expected after a clients increased production rate.

The Operations Readiness Lead Project included overseeing, adapting and improving routines for raw material sampling and quality control in the different steps of the production. As well as QC and QA, product development, logistics, storage, technical maintenance and product planning. In preparation for future demands we interviewed and evaluated the employees and their competences.
