A fixed price project which included upgrading the factory management system and the SCADA system to the latest versions. We moved the control from PanelPC to PLC with UPS and implemented full scale clients. The delivery included the implementation of a Batch system for ten mixers and a deconstruction station.

For Batch, we developed batch reports and secured the communication to and from the ERP system via WML for current production batches and raw materials. We also engineered special equipment against the API of the SCADA system, in order to cover up for desired functions outside of the SCADA system´s range.
