Trafikverket (The Swedish Transport Administration) – Project Handover Coordinator

Investment project (within Trafikförvaltningen) overseeing the expansion of Tvärbanan – from the North of Ulvsunda in Bromma to the commuter train station Helenelund in Sollentuna.

The Program Manager manages and coordinates between the different projects that are being conducted within the program. The Program Manager also produces ruling and supporting program plans and routines for all projects within the program.

The Project Handover Coordinator, a function within the program organization, oversees the management, support, coordination and follow-up of the projects´ handovers to receiving administrator within Trafikförvaltningen as well as external administrators (municipalities, power line owners and more. This entails setting goals for the handover, creating a handover plan with adherent routines and templates (information administrators) as well as setting requirements in procurement documents regarding the handover.
