Overseeing the extension of current manufacturing system and cleaning areas.

When building the plant in Sävedalen, the popsicle machines were swapped to a newer production line with higher capacity. The new line required new mixing tanks and media that could be connected to the current process system as well as fit the new popsicle machine.

We stepped in at the concept design stage, picked out the components and acquisitions and also participated during the entry into service. We created an effective manufacturing flow line and worked both with the layout and the hygienic design for an effective cleaning before every new batch.
